Hovis, Alma Jean
Alma Jean Hovis, Flat River, died March 28 at the Bonne Terre Hospital at the 
age of 72.  She was born November 24, 1910 in Fredericktown to the late Henry J. 
and Alice Kenney Arnett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Hovis.  

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Barton of Flat River, two sisters; Ruth Kelly
 of Torington, Wyo., and Jessie Cook of Elvins, three brothers; Henry Arnett of Knob 
Lick; Woodrow miller of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Bob Arnett of Quartzside, Ariz., and 
on grandchild.  

Friends may call today at the Caldwell Funeral Home.  Funeral services are 
scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Thursday at  the Caldwell Chapel with the Rev. Dennis 
Crader officiating.  Burial will be in St. Francois Memorial Park.
