Brown, Carl Carl L. Brown of Fredericktown died May i, 1987 at Madison Memorial Hospital. A retired insurance/realty agent, Mr. Brown was 86. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 10 at Church of god of Prophecy with the Rev. Billy Jones and the Rev. Billy Jones and the Rev. Robert Pruitt offciating. Burial was in Marcus Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers were Keith Underwood, Gary White, Steve Jones, Shaun Queener, Richard Matthews, and Jack Parson. Mr. Brown was born Sept. 27, 1900 in Minimum to the late Allen and Lillie (Kelley) Brown. He married the former Edith Baker Aug. 1, 1931 in Minimum. She survives and lives in Fredericktown. Other survivors include a son, Carl Brown of San Francisco, Calif.; a daughter, Mary Khosnevis of Fredericktown; a brother, John Brown of Roswell, N. M.; a sister, Pearl McCune of Roswell, N. M.; two grandsons, James Khoshnevis of Bremerton, Wash., and Darius Khoshnevis of Riverside, Calif.; and one great grandson. Preceding Mr. Brown in death were his parents, and three brothers, Edward Brown, Walter Brown, and Paul Brown. Mr. Brown was a member of Church of God of Prophecy.
