BEQUETTE, MRS. RACHEL

Rachel Hicks Bequette was born Sept. 14, 1901, and departed this life at her home near 
Mine LaMotte, Mo., March 14, 1941, being at the time of her death 39 years and 5 months of age.

She was united in marriage to Lon Bequette in May, 1932. To this union nine children were born, 
of which four preceded her in death. Surviving are Dorothy Louise, Marvin Lee, Alma Mae, 
Thelma Ruth, and Helen. Two step-children at home, Ruby and Donald Bequette. Besides her 
husband and children she leaves to mourn her passing, her mother and six sisters.

She professed faith in Christ on Feb. 25, 1931.

Funeral services were conducted at the family residence with Rev. Jeff Bequette officiating. 
Interment was in the Pirtle Cemetery at Crossroads.
